PunchMe started as a solution to a frustratingly common problem: HR teams spending hours every week reconciling paper registers, WhatsApp pings, and spreadsheets to figure out who actually showed up to work.
Hostspicais a software company based in India. We build tools that solve real operational problems for small and medium businesses — the kind of problems that don't have great software solutions because the market seems too unglamorous for big players.
Attendance tracking is exactly that kind of problem. Every company has it. Most solve it badly — paper, Excel, or expensive ERP modules that require IT teams and six-month implementations.
PunchMe is our answer: a mobile-first attendance system that an HR manager can configure in an afternoon and have employees using the same day. No hardware. No IT department. No annual contracts. Just an Android app and a web dashboard.
We've built it with anti-fraud from day one because we know the reality of attendance in India — buddy punching, fake GPS, proxy sign-ins. Every verification method in PunchMe has a corresponding fraud detection layer.
