Request Data Deletion

You have the right to request permanent deletion of your PunchMe account and all associated personal data.

What will be deleted

Your profile information (name, email, phone, date of birth, etc.)
Face recognition enrollment and biometric embeddings
Selfie photos captured during check-in
Attendance records associated with your account
Device ID and push notification token

Processing time

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of verification. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Note: attendance records that your employer is legally required to retain may be kept in anonymised form to comply with applicable labour laws.

How to submit your request

Send your request via email to privacy@hostspica.com. Use the button below to open a pre-filled request in Gmail, or copy the template and send from any email client.

If you prefer to write the email yourself, send the following to privacy@hostspica.com:

Subject: Data Deletion Request – PunchMe

Hello PunchMe Support,

I would like to request the permanent deletion of my
personal data from the PunchMe app.

Registered phone number: [your phone number]
Registered email (if any): [your email]
Company / employer name: [your company name]

Thank you.

Employer-managed accounts: If your account was created by your employer, some data (e.g. historical attendance records) may be controlled by your employer. We recommend also contacting your HR or IT administrator to request removal from your employer's records.
